アメブロ ルームの改造。

アメブロのルーム改造のコトで悩んでいます。
ルームに画像を入れたいなといろいろといじってみたところ、

なんとかできたはできたんですが ...
自分てきには画面のスクロールをなくしたいです。

ルーム自体の横幅を変えるタグは分かったのですが、
縦幅がわかりません。 いろいろとやってみたんですが無理みたいです。

また、他に フリースペースの中で一部だけ場所を移動させる

という ブログでいうところの アイフレ というのは可能でしょうか?
